Vor dem KaufBefore you buy

AI VOD Reviews gibt es nur für Solo-Battle-Royale-Cups mit Bauen, kaufbar ab dem Ende des Cups bis 30 Tage danach — kein Reload, kein Zero Build, keine Ranked-Cups, keine Duos oder Teams, keine reinen Mobile-Cups. Ob ein Cup geht, steht an seiner Kachel. Live Coaching gibt es nur für Cups, die ich dafür freigegeben habe, je Cup für einen Spieler und nie für zwei Cups, die sich zeitlich überschneiden. Für AI VOD Reviews brauchst du ein Epic-Games-Konto, für Live Coaching ein Epic-Games- oder Discord-Konto. Wo du deinen Discord-Benutzernamen angeben musst (Live Coaching, 1:1 VOD Review, Anfertigung für deinen Spot), steht es an der Kasse. Die Daily Pro Routine kaufst du ohne beides.

AI VOD Reviews are only available for solo Battle Royale cups with building, from the end of the cup until 30 days after — no Reload, no Zero Build, no Ranked cups, no duos or teams, no mobile-only cups. Whether a cup works is shown on its tile. Live coaching is only available for cups I have opened for it, for one player per cup and never for two cups that overlap in time. You need an Epic Games account for AI VOD Reviews, and an Epic Games or Discord account for live coaching. Where you need to give your Discord username (live coaching, 1:1 VOD Review, a plan made for your spot), the checkout says so. You can buy the Daily Pro Routine without either.

1:1 VOD Review und Individueller Gameplan. Beide kaufst du ohne Epic-Konto. Für die 1:1 VOD Review brauchst du Discord und ein Mikrofon. Ihr Preis richtet sich danach, wie lange der Call geht: 15 € je 30 Minuten, 30 Minuten bis 2 Stunden — der Gesamtpreis steht direkt über dem Knopf. Für den Individuellen Gameplan brauchst du einen Discord-Benutzernamen — darüber melde ich mich, wenn ich eine Frage zu deinem Spot habe.

1:1 VOD Review and Individual Gameplan. You can buy both without an Epic account. For the 1:1 VOD Review you need Discord and a microphone. Its price depends on how long the call is: €15 per 30 minutes, 30 minutes to 2 hours — the total price is shown right above the button. For the Individual Gameplan you need a Discord username — that's how I get in touch if I have a question about your spot.

So kommt der Vertrag zustandeHow the contract is concluded

Der Klick auf „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ ist dein verbindliches Angebot. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald deine Zahlung bei Stripe erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist; die Bestellbestätigung mit Rechnung und Widerrufsbelehrung bekommst du danach per E-Mail. Clicking “Order with obligation to pay” is your binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment at Stripe has been completed successfully; you then receive the order confirmation with invoice and instructions on withdrawal by email. If you cancel the payment, no contract is concluded.

AI VOD Review
  1. Du wählst unter Cups einen Cup, der vorbei ist und „AI VOD Review“ zeigt.

Daily Pro Routine

Gameplans

  2. Auf der Bestellseite trägst du deinen Spot in Battle Royale ein — den Ort und welcher Drop dort, höchstens 80 Zeichen. Wenn du willst, fügst du den Link zu deinem Drop ein, den du auf fortnite.gg markiert hast. Dazu kommt dein Discord-Benutzername (bist du mit Discord angemeldet, steht er schon da), damit ich dich bei Fragen zu deinem Spot anschreiben kann. Darunter siehst du alle Angaben: Leistung, deinen Spot, den Link zu deinem Drop, den Spielmodus, deinen Discord-Benutzernamen, Format, Lieferung und Gesamtpreis.
  3. Du setzt die Häkchen: dass ich vor Ende der Widerrufsfrist mit deinem Individuellen Gameplan beginne und ihn dir bereitstelle — damit verlierst du dein Widerrufsrecht, sobald der Individuelle Gameplan vollständig geliefert ist —, und dass du volljährig bist (mindestens 18) oder deine Eltern bzw. Sorgeberechtigten mit dem Kauf einverstanden sind.
  4. Mit „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ gibst du dein Angebot ab und wirst zu Stripe weitergeleitet.

  3. You tick the boxes: that I start working on your Individual Gameplan and make it available to you before the withdrawal period ends — which means you lose your right of withdrawal once the Individual Gameplan has been fully delivered — and that you are at least 18 or your parents or legal guardians have agreed to the purchase.
  4. With “Order with obligation to pay” you make your offer and are forwarded to Stripe.
  5. Once your payment has gone through, the contract is concluded. I then send you the order confirmation and make your gameplan. Within 24 hours of your payment it is ready to download on your order page, and you get an email with the link.

Live Coaching
  1. Du wählst unter Cups einen Cup, der „Live Coaching“ zeigt. Das sind nur Cups in den nächsten 14 Tagen, für die ich mir Zeit freigehalten habe. Je Cup gibt es einen Platz. Weil ich immer nur einen Spieler coache, ist ein Cup, dessen Coaching-Zeit sich mit einem schon gebuchten überschneidet, nicht mehr frei. Bei Cups mit Opens und Finals buchst du beides einzeln — die Finals erst, wenn die Opens vorbei sind, und nur, wenn du dich qualifiziert hast. Steht am Cup „Opens + Finals“, buchst du beides zusammen als einen Platz mit einem Preis, bevor die Opens beginnen: Die Finals sind dabei, wenn du dich qualifizierst, und der Preis ist derselbe, wenn nicht.
  2. Du meldest dich an, falls du es noch nicht bist — mit Discord oder mit deinem Epic-Games-Konto.
  3. Du trägst deinen Discord-Namen ein — bist du mit Discord angemeldet, steht er schon da — und, wenn du willst, eine Nachricht. Darunter siehst du alle Angaben mit dem Termin (in der Zeit deines Geräts und in Berliner Zeit mit UTC), bis wann das Coaching geht, deinem Discord-Namen und dem Preis dieses Cups und setzt die Häkchen: dass du verlangst und zustimmst, dass das Coaching zu diesem Termin stattfindet, auch wenn er vor Ende der Widerrufsfrist liegt — damit erlischt dein Widerrufsrecht, sobald das Coaching vollständig erbracht ist —, und dass du volljährig bist (mindestens 18) oder deine Eltern bzw. Sorgeberechtigten mit dem Kauf einverstanden sind.
  4. Mit „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ gibst du dein Angebot ab und wirst zu Stripe weitergeleitet. Solange die Bezahlung offen ist, rund eine halbe Stunde, ist der Platz für dich reserviert.
  5. Mit deiner erfolgreichen Zahlung ist der Vertrag geschlossen, der Termin steht, und der Cup ist für andere ausgebucht. Danach schicke ich dir die Bestellbestätigung. Zum Cup trittst du meinem Discord-Server bei, wir treffen uns im Sprachkanal „Live Coaching“ und du teilst deinen Bildschirm.
  1. You pick a cup under Cups that shows “Live coaching”. These are only cups in the next 14 days that I have kept time free for. There is one spot per cup. Because I only ever coach one player at a time, a cup whose coaching time overlaps with one that is already booked is no longer free. For cups with opens and finals you book each one separately — the finals only once the opens are over, and only if you've qualified. If a cup shows “Opens + Finals”, you book both together as one spot at one price before the opens start: the finals are included if you qualify, and the price is the same if you don't.
  2. You sign in if you haven't already — with Discord or with your Epic Games account.
  3. You enter your Discord username — if you're signed in with Discord, it's already filled in — and, if you like, a message. Below that you see all details with the date and time (in your device's time and in Berlin time with UTC), how long the coaching lasts, your Discord username and the price of this cup, and you tick the boxes: that you request and agree that the coaching takes place at that time even if it is before the withdrawal period ends — which means your right of withdrawal ends once the coaching has been fully provided — and that you are at least 18 or your parents or legal guardians have agreed to the purchase.
  4. With “Order with obligation to pay” you make your offer and are forwarded to Stripe. While the payment is open, for about half an hour, the spot is reserved for you.
  5. Once your payment has gone through, the contract is concluded, the date is fixed and the cup is booked out for others. I then send you the order confirmation. When the cup starts, join my Discord server, we meet in the “Live Coaching” voice channel and you share your screen.

AI VOD Review dazu. Bei einem Solo-Cup im Battle Royale kannst du beim Buchen die AI VOD Review dieses Cups für 13,99 € dazunehmen: mit dem Häkchen „AI VOD Review dieses Cups dazu“ — es ist nie vorausgewählt, und du brauchst dafür dein Epic-Games-Konto.

Dann stehen ihre Leistung, ihr Format und ihre Lieferung mit in der Übersicht, der Gesamtpreis direkt über dem Knopf enthält beide Teile, und du setzt für die AI VOD Review ein eigenes Häkchen wie bei jeder AI VOD Review.

Du zahlst beides mit einer Zahlung und bekommst eine Bestellbestätigung mit einer Rechnung über zwei Posten. Die AI VOD Review hat eine eigene Bestellnummer und geht nach dem Cup jedes deiner Games aus diesem Cup durch, zu dem es Replay-Daten gibt — bei Opens und Finals aus beiden Runden.

Adding the AI VOD Review. For a solo Battle Royale cup you can add the AI VOD Review of this cup for €13.99 when you book: with the tick box “Add the AI VOD Review of this cup” — it is never pre-ticked, and you need your Epic Games account for it.

Its service, format and delivery are then shown in the summary too, the total price right above the button includes both parts, and you tick a separate box for the AI VOD Review, as with every AI VOD Review.

You pay for both with one payment and receive one order confirmation with an invoice listing two items. The AI VOD Review has its own order number and, after the cup, goes through every game of yours in this cup that has replay data — for opens and finals, from both rounds.

1:1 VOD Review
  1. Du wählst im Shop die 1:1 VOD Review. Eine Anmeldung brauchst du dafür nicht; bist du angemeldet, steht der Kauf zusätzlich unter „Meine Käufe“.
  2. Auf der Bestellseite wählst du, wie lange der Call geht — 30 Minuten, 1 Stunde, 1,5 Stunden oder 2 Stunden, je 30 Minuten 15 € —, und trägst deinen Discord-Benutzernamen ein (bist du mit Discord angemeldet, steht er schon da). Darunter siehst du alle Angaben: Leistung mit der Dauer des Calls, deinen Discord-Benutzernamen, Lieferung und Gesamtpreis.
  3. Du setzt die Häkchen: dass du verlangst und zustimmst, dass ich die 1:1 VOD Review zu dem Termin erbringe, den wir im Discord ausmachen, auch wenn er vor Ende der Widerrufsfrist liegt — damit erlischt dein Widerrufsrecht, sobald die 1:1 VOD Review vollständig erbracht ist —, und dass du volljährig bist (mindestens 18) oder deine Eltern bzw. Sorgeberechtigten mit dem Kauf einverstanden sind.
  4. Mit „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ gibst du dein Angebot ab und wirst zu Stripe weitergeleitet.
  5. Mit deiner erfolgreichen Zahlung ist der Vertrag geschlossen. Danach schicke ich dir die Bestellbestätigung. Den Termin machen wir im Discord aus: Tritt meinem Discord-Server bei, öffne dort ein Ticket und schreib, wann du Zeit hast — mit deiner Bestellnummer. Ich biete dir innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach dem Kauf einen Termin an; im Discord-Call gehen wir dann deine Games zusammen durch.
  1. You pick the 1:1 VOD Review in the shop. You don't need to sign in for it; if you are signed in, the purchase also appears under “My purchases”.
  2. On the order page you choose how long the call is — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours, €15 per 30 minutes — and enter your Discord username (if you're signed in with Discord, it's already filled in). Below that you see everything: service with the length of the call, your Discord username, delivery and total price.
  3. You tick the boxes: that you request and agree that I provide the 1:1 VOD Review at the time we arrange on Discord, even if it is before the withdrawal period ends — which means your right of withdrawal ends once the 1:1 VOD Review has been fully provided — and that you are at least 18 or your parents or legal guardians have agreed to the purchase.
  4. With “Order with obligation to pay” you make your offer and are forwarded to Stripe.
  5. Once your payment has gone through, the contract is concluded. I then send you the order confirmation. We arrange the date on Discord: join my Discord server, open a ticket there and write when you have time — with your order number. I'll offer you a date within 2 days of your purchase; on the Discord call we then go through your games together.

  • 1:1 VOD Review: live on a Discord call at a time you arrange in a Discord ticket after buying — Coach Axiom offers you a date within 2 days of your purchase. You need Discord and a microphone. The 1:1 VOD Review has been provided once the Discord call has run for as long as you booked it. If the call ends early — because everything has been covered or because you want to stop — the 1:1 VOD Review is fully provided when the call ends; you get back every full half hour that was not used. If you can't make it, say so in the Discord ticket up to 2 hours before the appointment — then you get a new one. If you're not in the call 10 minutes after the agreed start, you count as a no-show: you then get one new date; if you miss that one too, the booking is used up. Your right of withdrawal is not affected.
  • Individual Gameplan: as a file via a link, within 24 hours of payment. You get an email as soon as it's ready; the download is on your order page. Format: HTML in English, opens in any current browser.

Eingabefehler erkennen und berichtigenSpotting and correcting input errors

Bis zum Klick auf „Zahlungspflichtig bestellen“ kannst du jede Angabe ändern: Alles, was du kaufst, steht in der Übersicht direkt über dem Knopf. Until you click “Order with obligation to pay” you can change every detail: everything you're buying is listed in the summary right above the button. Contract text. I store your order until 8 January of the fourth year after payment. You receive all details with the order confirmation by email; until then, the link in it shows the status and lets you download your AI VOD Review or file — best save a copy yourself too. When signed in, you find every order in your account under “My purchases”. There are no general terms and conditions — the product description, this page and the law apply.

Widerruf und AbsageWithdrawal and cancellation

Du hast ein Widerrufsrecht; alle Einzelheiten stehen in der Widerrufsbelehrung. Wann es vorzeitig erlischt, hängt vom Produkt ab: bei der AI VOD Review, wenn du deine fertige AI VOD Review bekommen hast; bei der Daily Pro Routine und den Gameplans, sobald ich die Datei bereitstelle; beim Live Coaching, wenn das Coaching während deines Cups stattgefunden hat und dein Cup vorbei ist. Am schnellsten widerrufst du über „Vertrag widerrufen“ — ohne Anmeldung, mit Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail, in der Regel sofort.

You have a right of withdrawal; all details are in the instructions on withdrawal. When it ends early depends on the product: for the AI VOD Review once you have received your finished AI VOD Review; for the Daily Pro Routine and the Gameplans as soon as I make the file available; for live coaching once the coaching has taken place during your cup and your cup is over. The fastest way to withdraw is “Withdraw from contract here” — no sign-in needed, with an acknowledgement of receipt by email, usually right away.

Bei der Daily Trio Routine erlischt es für die Datei, sobald ich sie bereitstelle; für das Team bleibt es die 14 Tage — widerrufst du, bekommst du den Teil des Preises für das Team zurück (den Preis abzüglich 15 € für die Datei), abzüglich der Tage, die es lief.

For the Daily Trio Routine it ends for the file as soon as I make it available; for the team it stays for the 14 days — if you withdraw, you get back the part of the price that is for the team (the price minus €15 for the file), minus the days it ran.

Beim Live Coaching mit der AI VOD Review dieses Cups gilt für jeden Teil, was oben für ihn steht: Für das Live Coaching erlischt es, wenn das Coaching während deines Cups stattgefunden hat und dein Cup vorbei ist, für die AI VOD Review, wenn du deine fertige AI VOD Review bekommen hast. Du kannst auch nur einen der beiden Teile widerrufen; widerrufst du das Live Coaching, ohne zu sagen, dass du die AI VOD Review behalten willst, gilt dein Widerruf auch für sie.

For live coaching with the AI VOD Review of this cup, each part is governed by what is stated above for it: for the live coaching it ends once the coaching has taken place during your cup and your cup is over, for the AI VOD Review once you have received your finished AI VOD Review. You can also withdraw from just one of the two parts; if you withdraw from the live coaching without saying that you want to keep the AI VOD Review, your withdrawal also covers it.

Live Coaching absagen. Sagst du ab, ist das ein Widerruf: Nutz dafür „Vertrag widerrufen“ — solange das Coaching noch nicht begonnen hat, bekommst du dein Geld vollständig zurück. Muss ich absagen, wählst du: dein Geld vollständig zurück oder einen anderen Cup, an dem ich kann — antworte dafür einfach auf meine Absage-Mail. Antwortest du nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen, bekommst du dein Geld zurück. Das Coaching endet, wenn dein Cup vorbei ist, spätestens zu dem Ende, das bei deiner Buchung steht: dem Ende des Turnierfensters oder einer früheren Uhrzeit. Läuft am Ende des Turnierfensters noch dein letztes Game, endet das Coaching erst mit diesem Game.

Cancelling live coaching. If you cancel, that is a withdrawal: use “Withdraw from contract here” — as long as the coaching hasn't started yet, you get your money back in full. If I have to cancel, you choose: your money back in full or another cup that I can do — just reply to my cancellation email. If you don't reply within 7 days, you get your money back. The coaching ends when your cup is over, at the latest at the end stated in your booking: the end of the tournament window or an earlier time. If your last game is still running when the tournament window ends, the coaching only ends with that game.

Hast du die AI VOD Review dieses Cups dazugenommen und muss ich das Live Coaching absagen, heißt „dein Geld vollständig zurück“: was du für das Live Coaching bezahlt hast. Die AI VOD Review bleibt gebucht und kommt nach diesem Cup wie vereinbart, auch wenn du das Live Coaching auf einen anderen Cup umbuchst — willst du sie nicht mehr, schreib es mir, bevor sie fertig ist; dann bekommst du auch zurück, was du für sie bezahlt hast.

If you added the AI VOD Review of this cup and I have to cancel the live coaching, “your money back in full” means what you paid for the live coaching. The AI VOD Review stays booked and arrives after this cup as agreed, even if you move the live coaching to another cup — if you no longer want it, tell me before it's ready; then you also get back what you paid for it.

Erstattungen. Bekommst du Geld zurück, erstatte ich es auf dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, mit dem du bezahlt hast. Auf deiner Bestellseite und unter „Meine Käufe“ steht dann „Erstattet am …“.

Refunds. If you get money back, I refund it to the same payment method you paid with. Your order page and “My purchases” then say “Refunded on …”.

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Mängelrechte. Stimmt in deiner AI VOD Review etwas nicht, schreib mir — am einfachsten als Antwort auf die Mail, mit der sie kam.

Statutory warranty rights apply. If something in your AI VOD Review is wrong, write to me — easiest as a reply to the email it came with.

Kein Game gefunden. Nur kaufen, wenn du diesen Cup gespielt hast. Finde ich kein Game von dir, bekommst du dein Geld vollständig zurück — auf dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, unverzüglich, spätestens 14 Tage nach deiner Zahlung.

No games found. Only buy if you played this cup. If I can't find any of your games, you get your money back in full — to the same payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of your payment at the latest.

AI VOD Review added to live coaching. If I can't find any of your games in your cup, you get back what you paid for the AI VOD Review — in full, to the same payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days after the cup ends according to the tournament schedule at the latest.

Doppelt bezahlt? Die zweite Zahlung bekommst du vollständig zurück — auf dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, spätestens 14 Tage nach ihrem Eingang.

Paid twice? You get the second payment back in full — to the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving it at the latest.
